PANEL SHIRT – Structured Utility, Architectural Detail
The Panel Shirt reworks a classic button-up silhouette through the architectural language of This Is Fred. Cut from structured 100% cotton drill, the shirt has a clean, substantial finish that holds its oversized shape while remaining easy to layer.
A statement horizontal panel across the chest gives the design its distinctive identity, creating depth and structure across the front. Large patch pockets sit beneath, adding practical utility without disrupting the minimal silhouette. Tonal snap fastening closures run through the centre front for a clean, understated finish.
The relaxed dropped shoulders and extended sleeves create an oversized proportion, while elasticated cuffs gather the sleeves at the wrist to contrast with the structured body.
Handmade in my East London studio, the Panel Shirt is designed as a versatile genderless piece that works worn alone, layered over a vest, or styled as a lightweight jacket.
